Symptoms
On Application Release 12.0.6 in production instance, after upgrading to RDBMS 10.2.0.5.0, users are unable to complete any receiving transactions.
When submitting the receiving transactions, the receipt number is created but there is no transaction performed and the Purchase Order is still showing as outstanding to be received.
When receiving in Immediate Mode RVCTP log file shows the following errors:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Plain item, lot item, lot serial items
2. Create PO for all these items.
3.Perform Standard Receipt and deliver for the Purchase Order
