Invalid Suggested Buyer Error when running REQIMPORT For Requisitions coming From Min-Max (Doc ID 1432190.1)

Symptoms

While running "Requisition Import" for Requisition coming from Min-Max, the Requisition Import Exceptions report shows the below error for the row with Items :

Error:
     "The suggested buyer is not a valid buyer or employee".

In po_interface_errors table, the error message is:

Error:
    The suggested buyer is not a valid buyer or employee
     Cause: You entered an invalid buyer.
     Action: Enter a valid buyer.

Replication Steps:
1. Run "Min Max Planning Report" in INVENTORY Responsibility
2. Run "Requisition Import" in PURCHASING Responsibility.
3. Run "Requisition Import Exceptions Report" in PURCHASING Responsibility.
