Goal

How can the terminated employee be replaced by another person to avoid requisitions being stuck in the approval or change request process in Release 12.1 and forward?

 

The following error can occur when submitting a change request if the preparer is no longer an active employee:

   Error
   Change request cannot be submitted because the user is not the Preparer of the requisition
