On : 12.0.6 version, AGIS General Ledger

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that an AGIS transaction receives status "error" in inbound. The table fun_inter_accounts_addl shows a negative CCID.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the inbound batch to be on confirmed status.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintain inbound batch
2. Enter code combinations
3. Save batch, error status appears

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot progress AGIS batches which effects daily processing.
