Create Settlement Batches Output Missing ConcatenatedTransactionNumber (Doc ID 1434226.1)

Symptoms

The Create Settlement Batches output file is missing the field ConcatenatedTransactionNumber. The issue was noticed after Patch 13077297:R12.IBY.A was applied.

Template IBYC_BR_IT_en.rtf 120.3.12000000.5 is being used. ConcatenatedTransactionNumber should show a concatenation of DocumentID and Document Date.

Further Information:
On obtaining the XML extract for the settlement batch, it was noticed that the DocumentReceivable node is not present in the XML extract. Patch 8713025:R12.IBY.A is present in the instance (this is the patch that should provide DocumentReceivable section in XML extract).

XDO logs were generated when reproducing the issue. There is no DocumentReceivable node in the XML extract(xdo_012012_010917960_eft_data1.xml) generated by the XDO logs. However if we query on the underlying view (iby_xml_fndcpt_doc_headers_v) itself via SQL, we are able to see the DocumentID and DocumentDate.
