GLDRMLDR- 'Load Segment Values and Hierarchies
Release 12.1.3 DRM Integration
Cannot find DRM value set defined in list of value when submitting GLDRMLDR 'Load Segment values and Hierarchies'
"Load Segment Hierarchie Values" concurrent request requires a data access set, this is created when configuring the Ledger, to configure the ledger you need to enter accounting information, this is not available at this point as you need to run the request to create the COA values
Steps to reproduce
1. Define a new accounting structure under key flexfield menu. GL - Setup - Financial - Flexfield - Key - Segment
Define balancing segment, cost center Account, Related Party and Spare Segments and assign DRM value set
2. Freeze the flexfield structure
3. Try running the "Load Segment Values and Hierarchies" concurrent request, the LOV only allows you to select the value sets associated with the defined access set/ledger.
To define the access set ledger you need the value sets populated. This is a problem as DRM is the master and you need to be able to import the DRM values in order to configure the ledger
The Chart of Accounts needs to be assigned to the Ledger for which the setup has been completed, in order to get the Value Set appearing in the Value Set LOV when running 'Load Segment values and Hierarchies'
