Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
When a price variance occurs with a PO which has multiple assets, the cost being allocated is a lot more than the price variance.  Also Tax Invoice Proce Variance and Tax Exchange Variance are not getting interfaced to FA.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------------------
Price variance and tax variance should interface correctly to FA when a PO has multiple lines.  Also business needs Tax Invoice Proce Variance and Tax Exchange Variance to be interfaced to FA.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Price Variance in A/P on a PO which has multiple assets associated with it. The Invoice Price Variance Amount that is sent to FA is a lot higher than the Price Variance
2.Run concurrent program "Interface Invoice Price Variance to Oracle Assets"
3. The Invoice Price Variance Amount that is sent to FA is a lot higher than the Price Variance
