Symptoms

Line Level Cash Application (LLCA) applies the debit lines in character ascending order Instead of numerical ascending order.
When an Invoice has 11 lines, during LLCA the order of application will be 1,10,11,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 instead of 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11

When the receipt is applied in line level the ordering of lines are not in order.
The line level cash application is sorting the transaction number in descending order and applies the unapplied/maximum transaction amount from bottom to top.
The sorting is assuming the transaction number as character while the transaction line numbers are numeric.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Invoice for $1100 with 11 lines of $100 each
2. Create an Receipt of $500
3. Apply the receipt to Invoice in detail
4. Note that the application happened for the lines 1,11,10,2,3 instead of 1,2,3,4,5
