UPK: A Profile *** Already Exists in the Library (Doc ID 1435955.1)

Symptoms

Steps:

When attempting to add a Second Profile where the Library is on a different server using a cloned database, following the steps below:


1) Library Location:  Entered the PROD Library URL (different from the first one, on a different server).
2) Credentials:  Use my current Windows login account

3) Next



Error:
--------
Duplicate Profile: A profile "<Name> (Name)" already exists for this library.
