R12:AP: Error APP-FND-00806 when Running Various Reports (Including Trial Balance) from Responsibilities Tied to Custom Applications (Doc ID 1436456.1)

Symptoms

Unable to run some reports from a responsibility tied to a custom application.
Running concurrent requests from a responsibility assigned to a custom application - requests cannot be submitted.

ERROR:

APP-FND-00806: The default value XXX Custom Applications is invalid for the P_RESP_APPLICATION_ID segment. Your default value
will be ignored. Please inform your system administrator that:

Add the value XXX Custom Applications to the value set for segment P_RESP_APPLICATION_ID, or choose another default value in the Key Flexfield Segments form or Descriptive Flexfield Segments form. Use the Edit Concurrent Program or Define Report Set form for Standard Report Submission report defaults.

You may also get the error:

Value XXX Custom Applications does not exist for the flexfield segment Application does not exist in the value set XLA_SRS_SUBLEDGERS.

This error may occur when running any of the following processes:

• APTBRPT - Accounts Payable Trial Balance
• APXNVBAL - Accounts Payable Negative Supplier Balance
• APXPOINV - Payables Posted Invoice Register
• APXPOPMT - Payables Posted Payment Register
• XLAACCPB - Create Accounting
