Symptoms

When attempting to reprocess inv transaction id XXXXXX
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

' You have encountered an expected error during Oracle Inventory Post Transaction Processing: ORA-01403: no data found.'  or 'You have encountered an unexpected error in CSI_INV_TRXS_PKG.GET_TRANSACTION_RECS, with error ORA-04061: existing state of package body "APPS.CSI_UTL_PKG" has been invalidated' or other ORA error
