Mass Update For 'Change Owner' Does Not Work For Internally Owned Instances With an External Location (Demo, Loaner)

When doing a 'Change Owner' Mass Update for an internally owned Instance that is located at a customer site, the following issues occur:
1. The users are unable to pull up any Internally Owned Instances, if the Account Number is populated. Standard Oracle functionality does not normally populate this value. However, when you do a Change Owner Mass Update, this Account Number is required.
2. If an Account number is present, it does pull the associated Instances, but the Select check box is grayed out an users cannot proceed.
