R12 - Address Style on Customers Screen Does Not Change When the Country is Updated (Doc ID 1437991.1)

Goal

In R12.1.3, Address Style in Customers screen does not change when the Country is updated.
For example:

When navigate to the Customers Addresses page, the Country defaults to United States.  After changing the Country from United States to United Kingdom, all the address fields remain the same, it did not change based on the address style defined in Address descriptive flexfield (DFF).

Address DFF defined for country United Kingdom is as follows:

-Title = Address
-Context Value Code/Name = UAA
-Description = UK/Africa/Australia Address Style
-Enabled = yes
-Segments:
Name Column
-------------------------
Address Line1 ADDRESS1
Address Line2 ADDRESS2
Address Line3 ADDRESS3
Town/City CITY
County STATE
Postal Code POSTAL_CODE

but the Customers form shows the following (which is the address style defined for United States):

Address Line1
Address Line2
Address Line3
Address Line4
City
County
State
Postal Code
