ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Smart form restriction by Category Approved Supplier List (ASL) is not returning suppliers from Approved Supplier List (ASL)
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect suppliers displayed per ASL setup
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Approved Supplier List (ASL) with two suppliers
2. Create Smart Form with Restrict Suppliers to Category Approved Supplier List (ASL)
3. Navigate to iProcurement Non-Catalog Request page
4. Search for suppliers using the LOV
- No supplier is visible
