Unable to search a customer based on contact name using a wild card character (%) when DQM is not enabled.

Responsibility:  Receivables Manager
Navigation:  Customers > Customers
In the Customers Simple Search page, enter 'Rosi%' in the Contact First name field
Click Go
The search returns with 'No results found'
