Otm/Kewill Flagship Rating Call Time Being Sent At GMT instead of Timezone of Source Location (Doc ID 1438419.1)

Symptoms


When using Kewill for Return Shipments (Enhancement Bug 10207281 included in 6.1.4 and installed/Configured) and leaving the Early and Late Pickup Blank, the SHIPTIME is sent to Kewill as GMT Time instead of the timezone of the Source Location.

STEPS
-----------------------

Order Release: OR_010 (Contains only an early and late delivery date - early and late pickup are blank)
Source Location SHAWNEE is in Mountain TimeZone Destination Location ENGLEWOOD is in Mountain Timezone
Server is in Eastern Timezone

To Replicate:

1. Log into OTM.
2. Search for Order Release OR_010
3. Select Order and click on Actions > Operational Planning > Create Buy
Shipment > Bulk Plan - Buy Select Parameter Set = PLS2-TRUE Click on OK Click
on Refresh
4. View Log.
5. Note that ShipTime Shows as 17:40 which is GMT Time as the log shows 13:40
(13:39) which is 17:40 GMT Time. The client expects the SHIPTIME to be in
Mountain Time.
