Goal

Is there a way to restrict the customers belonging to different orgs from appearing in Receipt window?

Observations
1. The MOAC set-ups are done to restrict access to single OU.
2. In Transaction workbench when we select the Ship-To customer, only customers belonging the the specific OU appears.
3. Many of the customers listed in the LOV do not have any account site details
