Form:ARXCWMAI.FMB - Collections
Attempting to use the 'Call' option in the Transactions Overview form and find it is available.
Steps to Reproduce:
Navigation: Collections > Account Details > Transaction Overview
The 'Call' option is available from the Tools menu bar option.
This option is obsoleted in R12.
Customers are using this option, because it is available, even though the form data is not supported.
It should be removed from the seeded menus.
