AGIS transactions are successfully entered and submitted. The Recipient approves the transaction, but the transaction never goes to Complete status.
If the batch is resubmitted it goes into a loop of submit -> approve -> submit -> approve. The transaction is never completed.
The GL Transfer option is set to Online.
Invoicing is not required.
Manual Approval is required.
The Workflow Status Monitor shows the following information for the workflows that have status Error:
Error Activity Label: GL_TRANSFER:GET_ATTR_GL
Error Message: 3103: Attribute 'RESP_ID' does not exist for item 'FUNGLINT/561866_........'
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter an AGIS transaction. Submit it.
2. Recipient approves the transaction
3. Review the Workflow Status:

(b) Responsibility -> Workflow Administrator Web Applications -> Administrator Workflow -> Status Monitor
(c) Search for the workflow with the following values -
