Unable To Log Into Customer Search Page From A Portal Through SSO As An External User (Doc ID 1439539.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to log into iReceivables Home page (Customer Search Page) from a portal, the portal would have a link to iReceivables, which should open the iReceivables customer search page for external users.  However, the Customer Search Page is not available.
