The 'Make The Selected Site My Default Selection.' Checkbox Does Not Work On Sites Page. (Doc ID 1439554.1)

Symptoms


After upgrading from 11.5.10 to R12, the '€˜Make the selected site my default selection.'€™ checkbox in the iSupport -> Sites page does not work when not using ibuhpage.jsp to login.

Expected Behaviour:
Expect to be able to choose a default site from the iSupport - > Site page by checking the checkbox regardless of how iSupport is accessed in R12.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iSupport using AppsLogin or AppsLocalLogin (SSO)
2.  Navigate to the Sites page (link in top right corner).
3. Check the '€˜Make the selected site my default selection.'€™ checkbox.
4. Choose a site.
5. Have the User log out and log back in, the site that was chosen is not the default site.

Changes

In 11.5.10 users log in to iSupport using jtflogin.  In R12, security changes no longer allow jtflogin to be used.
