This note aims to offer advice on the Set-Up and Configuration of Intent Processing and Classifications in Email Center R12.
Using Intent Processing, it is possible to scan an email to see if it contains specific words and use these words to affect the processing of the Email.
This note uses an example of sending emails to one Email Account, which we would like to classify as either Sales or Support Emails.
This is just use of Intent Processing.
