Late Charges Calculates Customer Balance Incorrectly (Doc ID 1441168.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to run the Late Charges Program and find there charges calculated due to the incorrect calculation of the Customer Balance. 

There is a Customer Balance Tolerance Level defined and the customer's balance is below the allowed tolerance to generate interest charges.
