Symptoms
When attempting to receive Intransit Shipment linked to Internal Requisition / Internal Sales Order the following error occurs.
Cause: Subroutine rvtiicreate() returned an internal error.

RVTII-077: ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero
The output of the Procurement Receiving Analyzer <Document 2012304.1> for the Internal Requisition shows that for the affected Shipment/Int Req/Int SO,
there is invalid / incorrect data in tables PO_REQUISITION_LINES_ALL and PO_REQ_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL: Requisition line has Quantity 0 Zero although it has not been canceled.
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigate to Enter Receipts RCVRCERC form
. Search for Internal Requisition
. Select line and save
RVCTP completes in error
