View Log Search Screen Returns No Results When Accessed From a Bulk Plan (Doc ID 1442533.1)

Symptoms


After running a Bulk Plan, the user clicks on the "View Log". This automatically populates the Process ID and Time Stamp of the Bulk Plan. When clicking on "View Results" to view the log, no results are presented. If the timestamp is removed, it is found that the logs are now available, as the timestamp that was populated on the Search screen was well in the future compared to the time recorded in the logs.
