Goal


When trying to allocate a source project to target projects, users are getting the error PA_AL_ZERO_SOURCE_POOL_AMOUNT. However, the source project has an accounted misc transaction in expenditure inquiry and is an approved project. It appears the allocation program is not picking up the source project number when the concurrent request is submitted.
