XLAPEXRPT - Subledger Period Close Exceptions Report

Symptoms

The output for Create Accounting concurrent request does not show errors and the period is closed. 

However, the Subledger Period Close Exception Report (XLAPEXRPT) shows exceptions although there are no financial or costing impacts for these transactions.  There is no impact on the period closing, so ideally these exceptions should not be listed in the report.
