Goal

(R)Email Center Administrator > Email Center Administration > Monitoring > Download Processor

There is a discrepancy between the number of emails showing in the Email Server (e.g. Exchange) Oracle Processed folder against a specific account within the Download Process Monitoring and the emails cannot be located within the following processing tables:
