Symptoms

When attempting to unassign a trip from a delivery in the Shipping Transaction form or when running the Planned Shipment Interface,  the following error occurs:


ERROR:

Error Message : Error: One or more deliveries could not be unassigned from trip &TRIP_NAME.Unexpected Error: Error in Routine WSH_DELIVERY_LEGS_ACTIONS.UNASSIGN_DELIVERIES
Oracle Error - 100
ORA-01403: no data found Unexpected
Error: One or more auto create delivery.(Delivery number XXXXXX) deliveries could not be unassigned from trip XXXXX.
There was an error processing the interface data from Oracle Transportation Management

 

STEPS:

1) Order Management Super User Responsibility
2) Shipping
3) Transactions
4) In the delivery tab, select auto create trip from actions LOV
5) Then select unassign trip error message is raised
