Goal

You need to give employee 'XX' days as leaves per annum, which should be pro-rated on date of joining. Full 'XX' days leave should be available for employee at 1st jan / pro-rated from date of joining.

Example:
Sick Leave : 10 per annum, accumulation upto 3 years.
Casual Leave : 10 per annum, no accumulation.

Business requirement is 10 leaves should be available upfront in both leaves sick and casual.
Remaining sick leaves from this year should be carry forwarded to next year.
