Service Request Type Responsibility Mapping Fails For Service Request Type With More Than 30 Characters (Doc ID 1444741.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Form

When attempting to map a Service Request Type to a Responsibility and the Service Request Type name has more than 30 characters, the following error occurs.

Form validation failures:
Value "<name of the SR Type>" in "Service Request Type" is too long.


Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Service > Setup > Mapping > Responsibility Mapping
2. For a responsibility try to map a Service Request type that has a name with more than 30 characters
3. Reported error occurs

Note: See also Doc ID 846436.1 for a similar issue which occurs when querying back an SR that has an SR Type longer than 30 characters
