Symptoms

Create Accounting - Cost Management has a performance issue. The process runs for many hours up to a few days.

The erratic completion time of "Create Accounting - Cost Management" is causing major delay in moving transaction from the Subledger to GL. This results in journal entries hitting fiscal period that was already closed and created reconciliation issues.
