Symptoms
On 12.1.3 version,
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Some lots that had actually been yielded into inventory are missing Expiration Date, Origination Date, and Origination Type on the lot form.
This happens when there is an additional Pending Product Lot record for the lot on a batch and the batch is completed; the deletion of the Pending Product Lot record was somehow updating the lot record and blanking out this data. The problem can also occur if there is a pending transaction or a reservation for the lot when the batch is closed. The problem also seems to occur in some scenarios in Receiving.
The problem started to occur after applying patch 13027828
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Lots that have actually been yielded into inventory should have the Expiration Date, Origination Date, and Origination Type
