R12 Generic Data Fix (GDF) Patch for MISSING GL SL LINK FOR UPGRADED XLA DATA WHICH IS NOT TRANSFERRED TO GL (Doc ID 1445214.1)

Symptoms

Upgraded accounted but not  transferred XLA_AE_HEADERS are having null value for the column GL_SL_LINK_ID

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log into Oracle applications using Payables responsibility.
  2. Open the Submit Request Submission Window
  3. Then,Submit the concurrent program :Transfer Journals to GL
  4. If the records in xla_ae_lines are affected by this issue,Transfer Journals to GL program will not trasfer the records to GL,This is going to cause AP-GL Reconcilliation issue
