R12: AP: Generic Data Fix (GDF) Patch for Missing GL SL LINK but transferred to GL (Doc ID 1445563.1)

Symptoms

GL_SL_LINK_ID and Gl_SL_LINK_TABLE are missing from XLA_AE_LINES and GL_IMPORT_REFERENCES tables for upgraded data accounted in 11i but transferred to GL in R12.
This causes issues in drilldown from General Ledger for subledger journals (For example: Payables, Receivables, Cost Management) or report display.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log into Oracle applications using a General Ledger responsibility.
  2. Open the Inquiry form - Journal
  3. Inquiry any migrated subledger journal
  4. Click on Review Journal
  5. Click on a one line of the journal
  6. Click on Line Drilldown
  7. Nothing is displayed
