WMSRULEF - Receive Error "The package for this rule failed to generate ..." When Enabling a Put Away Rule (Doc ID 1445714.1)

Symptoms

On release 11.5.10.2:

When attempting to enable new Put away rules in WMS Rules form (WMSRULEF), the following error occurs.

The problem occurs when a rule restriction is defined on the vendor / supplier.

-- Error
"The package for this rule failed to generate. Please check the restrictions for possible syntax error."

-- Steps
1. Go to WMS Rules form
2. Create a new rule with type = Put away
3. Add restrictions for instance like below:
Seq 10
Destination Subinventory, Subinventory Name = Constant character, <your subinventory name>
And
Seq 20
Supplier, Vendor Name = Constant character, <your supplier name>
4. Try to enable the rule
5. Getting the reported error
