DFF Segment Defaults Profile.Username works in OA Forms but not in OAF Page

Symptoms


On : 12.1.3 version, Spares Logistics

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Descriptive FlexField (DFF) created for "Spares Requirement Headers" with "Default Type=Profile" and "Default Value=USERNAME", does not display the default value in the "Parts Requirement HTML"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the DFF default value be displayed in "Parts Requirement HTML"

STEPS
-----------------------
1. System Administrator Responsibility
2. Navigate to Application => Flexfields  => DFF  =>  Segments
3. Query for Application: Spares%,
                Value: Spares%Requirement%Headers

   Create a DFF called: Logged By
   Click the values and enter the details as mentioned
    =================
    Name: Logged By
    Column: Attribute1
    Default Type: Profile
    Default Value: USERNAME
   =================
4. Save.

5. Spares Management Responsibility 
6. Navigate to Part Requirement Form => Click New => Click on the DFF,
the Logged by: is defaulted with the username.(EBUSINESS)

7. Spares Management Responsibility
8. Navigate to Part Requirement HTML =>The DFF is populated, but the value is empty.
Expect that the "Username", be populated in the Logged by Field.
