New Application Customer Search: One or more Transformations Used by the Match Rule Have not Been Staged

While creating a new Application in Credit Managment, you are unable to search for a Customer Account.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Navigate to New Application
2. Enter customer account number and click GO
3. System failed to search customer and prompt error 'One or more transformations used by the match rule have not been staged. Please confirm that all required transformations have been staged'.
