APP-PO-14094 on RCVTXERT Form When Searching For RMA / ISO or IOT To Deliver / No Rows in RCV_TRANSACTIONS_V (Doc ID 1446263.1)

Form:RCVTXERT.FMB - Enter Receiving Transactions


On : 12.1.3 version,

When attempting to find any Internal Sales Order , IOT or RMA to deliver on Enter Receiving Transactions form ( RCVTXERT ),  the following error occurs:

APP-PO-14094: No records meet your search criteria
Cause: There are no records that match your search

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
For a RMA:
1) In Order Management Create a RMA and book it.

2) Receiving / Receipts
Receive the RMA (Receipt number generated).

3) Navigate to Receiving / Receiving Transactions form
On Find Receiving Transactions form
Search for RMA 
Get Error APP-PO-14094 appears when trying to Deliver the RMA to the Inventory.

What has been checked 
. Custom Library in the RCVTXERT form has been turned off.

. Rcv11i output for the RMA shows in OE_ORDER_LINES (LIN)
line is booked, FLOW CODE AWAITING_RETURN_DISPOS, ie correct Awaiting Return Disposition Status.

. In rcv_supply table there are records for the oe_order_header_id.

. The trace shows no records are found in view RCV_TRANSACTIONS_V.

. The same RMA can be seen on Enter Returns or Corrections form


Patch 13596360 has been applied.
