Symptoms
On modifying customer status for some customer following error message is shown:-
APP-AR-96282 : Error: The following SQL error occurred :
ORA-01407: cannot update
(AR.HZ_RELATIONSHIPS.START_DATE) to NULL
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Re-produce steps
1. Login Customer Support window
2. Open Contact Center
3. query this customer contact ‘方星明’, open ‘Relationships’ Tab page, as below:
4. change the status into ‘Inactive’ from ‘Active’
5. save
6. show error
