Mobile Cycle Counting Ends With Transactions Failed Error

When attempting to perform a cycle count the following error occurs.

"Transactions failed" in mobile application.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Login to MWA UI --> Warehousing --> Inventory --> Counting --> Cycle Counting --> Normal --> Name --> (Enter Teva) --> Sub --> (Bulk) --> Loc -->( --> Item --> (6576-BLK-08) --> Qty --> (1176)
