Symptoms

When attempting to perform a cycle count the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Transactions failed" in mobile application.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Login to MWA UI --> Warehousing --> Inventory --> Counting --> Cycle Counting --> Normal --> Name --> (Enter Teva) --> Sub --> (Bulk) --> Loc -->(21.30.30.1.B) --> Item --> (6576-BLK-08) --> Qty --> (1176)
