R12:CE: Sweep Transactions Generation Error: "No Matching Cash Pool Can Be Found for The Bank Account Provided"

When attempting to submit the Sweep Transactions Generation program the following error occurs.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Physical Cash Pool.
2. Load and import bank statements ensuring the statement lines “Agent Bank Account" field in Reference tab has a value
3. Submit the Sweep Transactions Generation program
