Symptoms
When attempting to run the PRC: Interface Invoices to Receivables the following error occurs.

"Invoice type not found for invoice organization"
In the LOG FILE :

NO_INV_TYPE_ORG
Rejection Code = !NO_INV_TYPE_ORG!
Running 'IMP: Create Invoice Organization Transaction Types' to create missing transaction types results in the error below:
Inserting new invoice types based on the invoice organization type
and c.attribute1=u.organization_id /*Added condition for bug 12607920*/

On R12 you may have applied <patch 12996408> PERIODIC RELEASE FOR 12.1.3 or some other patch delivering PAXARTRX.sql version 120.3.12010000.7
