When a new instance is created in Service Contracts, the related Organization Assignment in Install Base is not created.

Steps to reproduce:

2. Go to (R) Service Contracts Manager, Vision Enterprises (N) Contract Administration >Launchpad.
3. From the menu bar select Tools>New
4. Select Create New Contract Manually and create the new service agreement contract.
5. Add service line and then go to Lines  tab > Pricing/Products > Effectivity.
6. Click on Button New Instance.
- Enter Item / Description.
- Enter Quantity, UOM and Type (all mandatory fields) with a value.
- Click on OK button to create the new item instance.

Verify the number of the item instance created.
8. Run the following:
a)select INSTANCE_ID, INSTANCE_NUMBER, ACTIVE_START_DATE
from csi_item_instances
where INSTANCE_ID = &YOUR_INSTANCE_NUMBER;
Verify if instance number exists.
b) select INSTANCE_ID, OPERATING_UNIT_ID, RELATIONSHIP_TYPE_CODE
from CSI_I_ORG_ASSIGNMENTS
where INSTANCE_ID = &YOUR_INSTANCE_NUMBER
No rows found. So there is no row in CSI_I_ORG_ASSIGNMENTS.
9. Go to (R) Oracle Install Base Agent User (N) Item Instance/Item Instances
- Search for item instance.
- Instance is found.
- Select to update it.
- The general tab shows org: Organization Vision Operations
10. To add the org:
- Under 'Other Item Instance Details' click on 'Operating Units'.
- Add Operating Unit.
- Then window Operating Unit : Item Instance opens.
- In Name field enter the org.
- Click on Apply.
11. Run again:
select INSTANCE_ID,OPERATING_UNIT_ID , RELATIONSHIP_TYPE_CODE
from CSI_I_ORG_ASSIGNMENTS
where INSTANCE_ID = &YOUR_INSTANCE_NUMBER;

Now there is a row in this table too.
