FRM-92100 Connection Error After Mouse Click in Results Grid of Find Service Request Form When Service Request Form is Open (Doc ID 1446969.1)

Symptoms

On release 12.0.6, 12.1.2 and 12.1.3:

Find that the Oracle Applications session is interrupted when doing a mouse click in the results Grid of the Find Service Request form while the Service Request form is open.

Error

"FRM-92100: Your connection to the Server was interrupted. This may be the result of a network error, or a failure on the Server. You will need to reestablish your session."


Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Find Service Request form
2. Search for open service requests, with tasks
3. From the results grid, open one of the SR's
4. Leave the Find SR form open
5. Go to the Task tab
6. In the Task Status field, clear the existing value, and type in a non existing Task status
7. Now click in the Grid of the Find SR form
8. Error occurs.

Second scenario:

1. Open the Find Service Request form
2. Search for open service requests, with tasks
3. From the results grid, open one of the SR's
4. Leave the Find SR form open
5. Go to the Task tab
6. Go back to the Find SR form, and type in a  non existing value in Assignee Type field
7. Go back to the SR form Task tab and click in the Task grid
8. Error occurs.
