Cannot move absence dates outside of a payroll period (Doc ID 1447338.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to update absence records with different dates the following error occurs.

Error
====
"The absence start date cannot be moved outside the dates of the payroll period in which it was first created for non-recurring entries. Either keep the start date within the current payroll period (01.07.2011 to 31.07.2011) or delete the absence and re-create it using the desired start date"

Expected Behaviour
=============
Expect to be able to change the dates without the error being generated

Steps
====
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.

1) Employee Self Service > Absence
2) Select update button for an Annual Vacation Absence
3) Update First and Last Dates with an other month dates



Workaround - if any
===================
Delete the Absence Entry and recreate it
