Create Accounting - Assets Has No Output Nor Error Messages for Unprocessed Events (Doc ID 1447828.1)

Symptoms

The Subledger Period Close Exception Report shows Journal Source 'Assets' having status 'Invalid' for many lines.  However, the Accounting Program log file has no errors messages.  Create Accounting - Assets has no output and no errors in the log file.  A sample asset shows depreciation events as U/I for several periods.

The Create Accounting FND log showed following 'p_msg_name' values multiple times:
XLA_AP_INACTIVE_CCID and XLA_AP_INVALID_GL_DATE over and over.
