MFS: Performance Issue Due To Missing Indexes Missing On Mobile Client (Doc ID 1447902.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, General / Laptop

When attempting to use MFS Laptop, many pages have performance issue. And it's found that many indexes are missing from MFS client after patching.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in MFS Laptop
2. Try to use some pages
3. Check client database's index info by running:
     select * from all_indexes order by table_name;
    In case it only returned Primary Key indexes; all the non-primary key indexes are missing.
