BPA Issue: Printed Output is Different from Online Preview Output Even When Same Template is Used

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The BPA print program and Online Preview button do not show identical output even when both are using the same BPA template.
There are fields which are not displayed in the Printed output file that appear in the Online Preview output.
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Transactions > Transactions
- Query an Existing Invoice
- Click on the Invoice Preview Icon (beside the Transaction Number)
Navigation:View > Requests
- Submit a process to run the BPA Transaction Print Program for the same invoice
- Compare output and notice that some fields are missing from the printed output.
