Symptoms
When scheduling a line against a Model (ATO/PTO) or Kit, and scheduling fails,
the following error occurs:
ORA-01403: no data found in Package OE_Delayed_Requests_PVT Procedure Process_Request_Pvt
(or Process_Request_for_Entity)
In Process message window, the following message may be shown.
Order: xxxx Line: x.x..x Message_text: Scheduling failed: Cannot
meet request date or latest acceptable date.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Order Management responsibility
2. Create a new sales order with an ATO Model or Kit, with an included item that is not available
3. Book and Schedule the order
4. Error occurs
'Scheduling failed' is a valid message, however ORA-01403 should not occur.
Error also encountered when attempting to change Ship To address on the Quick Sales order form (or Sales Order form). Lines are in Entered status and scheduling process is triggered.
